Introduction

This document defines the rules for the use and privacy policy of personal data and other information in relation to users of the mobile application "Tao I-Ching, transcript from lee" (hereinafter referred to as the Mobile Application).

These rules and policies are developed in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation: the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Labor Code of the Russian Federation; Federal Law of the Russian Federation of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”; Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1119 dated November 1, 2012 “On approval of requirements for the protection of personal data during their processing in personal data information systems”.

Using the application means the user's consent to these Rules and the Policy and the conditions for the use and processing of his personal information specified therein; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the user must refrain from using the application.

Terms of use of the application and processing of personal data

The term “Personal Data” as used herein is defined as any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact or locate the person to whom such information relates. The personal data that is collected will be subject to this privacy policy, as amended from time to time.

The mobile application does not ask for your email address, phone number or any other information about you.

The security of personal data cannot be compromised. The mobile application does not require registration.

The mobile application does not request information about your location.

The mobile application uses non-personalized banner ads.

The user can disable ads by purchasing a subscription for a month or a year. The user can cancel the purchased subscription.

The user can restore a previously purchased active subscription.
